Founder, Madi Weland Solomon

Madi is an independent
metadata/taxonomy consultant
specializing in, but not limited to, rich
media. She guides large organizations
in their global taxonomy and metadata
strategies and often works as a
subcontractor.

She is Chair of the AMIA (Association for
Moving Image Archivists) Metadata Joint
SubCommittee, member of the LOC's
(Library of Congress) Moving Image
Collections Cataloging and Metadata
Working Group, and a contributor to the
ISAN Best Practices for Audiovisual
Works.

She lives in London with her husband,
daughter, and dog (pictured).
